More powerful gas springs 💪

For applications requiring heavy loads, Bansbach unveils a lockable cylinder Type B now reaching up to 6000 N (size 22/40, stroke 100–800 mm). Equipped with different unlocking systems (cable, hydraulic, lever), it combines robustness and Flexibility of use.

On the front-wheel drive side, a new model ZF 20/56 expands the range with a maximum force of 8000 N and a stroke of up to 1000 mm.

Miniaturization and tailor-made ⚙️

The growing demand for compact solutions is being met with the arrival of new small sizes :

• CS 4/12 in the Click System range
• Stroke gas cylinders 4/15
• ZF 6/15 tension springs (without damping)

These models complete the Custom-made cylinders and offer more flexibility in projects requiring reduced components.

Great progress in electric actuators : BANSBACH launches an underwater version (UW) of the electric actuators easyE-35 and easyE-50.
