The Electrak FA14 provides robust load guidance in harsh environments – the ideal non-driven companion to powered actuators.

The Thomson Electrak® FA14 Non-Driven Linear Actuator is a rugged, synchronised load-guiding mechanism designed to operate in parallel with driven actuators, such as the Electrak LA14. While it does not produce motion independently, the FA14 ensures load stability, balanced lifting, and structural alignment in demanding linear motion applications.

Engineered with the same environmental and mechanical standards as its driven counterpart, the FA14 shares identical mounting dimensions, stroke lengths, and ingress protection ratings. This allows for seamless pairing with powered actuators for dual or multiple-point load control — especially useful in applications like off-highway vehicles, industrial lifting platforms, and outdoor automated systems.

Its fully sealed IP69K-rated housing, corrosion-resistant construction, and maintenance-free ball screw design make the FA14 ideal for harsh environments requiring reliable and synchronised load handling.
