Festive Season Closure – Important Notice for Our Customers

As we approach the end of another productive year, the team at BIBUS (UK) Ltd would like to extend our appreciation to all customers, suppliers, and partners for their continued trust and support.

To help with your planning over the festive period, please take note of our holiday closure dates:

• Final Working Day: Monday, 22nd December 2025
• Reopening: Monday, 5th January 2026

During this time, our offices and warehouse will remain closed, and no orders will be processed or dispatched.

Important Order Cut-Off Dates

To ensure timely delivery of your products before the Christmas break, please take note of the following key dates:

• CKD and A.T.C (AirTAC) Orders:
  The last date to place standard non-stock orders to arrive before Christmas is Thursday, 4th December 2025.
• Stock Items:
  The last date to place orders for stocked items is Friday, 19th December 2025.
• Last Dispatch Day:
  The final day for dispatch will be Monday, 22nd December 2025.

Plan Ahead – Place Your Orders Early

To avoid delays and ensure your orders are processed before the closure, we kindly encourage customers to place their orders as early as possible.
Orders received after the cut-off dates may not be processed until our return in January.
