The MD-F series guarantees naturally all advantages of the MD series. Beyond this especially constructed parts of ETFE and SiC ensure the chemical resistance against high corrosive liquids. Nearly all chemicals, such as concentrated sulphuric acid, can be pumped. 

Three different impeller sizes are available depending on liquid and power requirement. The pumps are all with thread connection, either NPT1/2" or NPT1".

Key Features

High corrosion-resistance 

The combination of the MD-F series with CFRETFE wet ends and the MD-V series with CFRPVDF wet ends covers most chemicals including strong acid/alkaline 

Viscosity responsiveness 

The MD-F series is designed to pump highly viscous liquids such as strong acid. Three types of impellers are selectable according to liquid viscosity 

Leak free 

Magnetically-driven seal-less pumps are free from leak problems and the need of seal replacement. This feature and its compact nature offer the best fit in built-in applications 

Easy maintenance 

Thanks to the additional rear casing support, the pump wet-end can be removed from the motor as a complete assembly without dismantling. The pump wet-end comprises the minimum number of parts for easy maintenance.

Main materials

CFRETFE (Carbon Fiber-Reinforced Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) - Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene reinforced with carbon fiber.  

SiC Silicon Carbide - has high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which makes this material one of the best materials for use in chemical pumps.
