Diaphragm Accumulators

Hydraulic diaphragm accumulators are used as an element of the hydraulic system for:

• Energy storage – accumulate hydraulic energy under pressure and release it when needed, ensuring stable system operation.
• Pressure compensation – smooth out pulsations and hydraulic shocks, reduce pressure fluctuations.
• Pressure maintenance – ensure constant pressure in the system when the load changes or short-term pump stops.
• Backup – can serve as an emergency source of energy to perform minimally necessary operations (e.g., lowering the load, emergency braking).
• Fluid compensation – cover small leaks or losses in the system without constantly turning on the pump.
