Flow dividers

Throttle flow dividers are hydraulic components designed to distribute volumetric flow between multiple hydraulic consumers in a defined and repeatable ratio. By splitting a single inlet flow into two outlet flows, they enable controlled speed relationships between hydraulic cylinders or motors supplied from a common source. 

These components are widely used in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems where synchronized or proportionally related motion of actuators is required. By providing equal or fixed proportional flow distribution, throttle flow dividers allow parallel hydraulic functions to operate smoothly and predictably, even when load conditions vary between consumers. 

Thanks to their throttling-based operating principle, throttle flow dividers feature a compact and robust design, making them easy to integrate into hydraulic circuits, manifolds, and mobile machinery. Depending on the configuration, the same components can also operate in reverse mode as flow combiners, merging multiple inlet flows into a single outlet while maintaining defined flow ratios. 

Throttle flow dividers are designed for operating pressures up to 350 bar and flow rates up to 240 l/min, ensuring reliable, durable, and safe performance in demanding applications. A wide range of available configurations—including fixed or proportional flow ratios, various connection types, materials, and mounting options—allows these components to meet diverse system requirements in both standard and customized hydraulic solutions.
