Flow combiners

High-performance hydraulic flow combiners for industrial and mobile applications

SUN Hydraulics

SUN Hydraulics flow combiners merge two equal inlet flows into a single outlet flow, ensuring stable and predictable hydraulic system performance. Designed for operating pressures up to 350 bar and flow rates up to 270 l/min.

SUN Hydraulics flow combiners are precision hydraulic components designed to merge two inlet flows into a single outlet flow while maintaining an equal flow ratio (50/50). They are used in hydraulic systems where flows from parallel circuits must be combined in a controlled and repeatable manner to ensure stable system performance.

These flow combiners are widely applied in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems, including construction machinery, lifting equipment, mobile hydraulics, and manifold-based systems. By ensuring equal contribution from each inlet flow, they support coordinated actuator operation even under varying load conditions.

Based on a throttling operating principle, SUN flow combiners feature a compact cartridge design that allows seamless integration into hydraulic manifolds and compact hydraulic units.

SUN Hydraulics flow combiners are available in a wide range of series, including
ESCA, FSDA, FSEA, FSFA, FSAA, FSBA, FSDG, FSEG, FSFG, FSCH, FSDH, FSEH, FSFH,  FSCS, FSDS, FSES, FSFS, FSAS, FSBS, FSDR, FSER, FSFR, providing extensive flexibility in terms of cavity type, mounting options, and system configuration.

Designed for operating pressures up to 350 bar and flow rates up to 270 l/min, SUN Hydraulics flow combiners deliver reliable, durable, and safe performance in demanding hydraulic applications.
