Flow combiners

Throttle flow combiners are hydraulic components designed to merge volumetric flow from multiple hydraulic circuits into a single outlet in a defined and repeatable ratio. By combining two inlet flows, they enable controlled and synchronized operation of hydraulic actuators supplied by separate circuits.

Flow combiners are widely used in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems where it is necessary to maintain equal or proportional flow relationships when combining flows from multiple consumers. This ensures stable system behavior and predictable actuator performance, even under varying load conditions.

Based on a throttling operating principle, throttle flow combiners feature a compact and robust design that allows easy integration into hydraulic circuits, manifolds, and mobile machinery. Depending on the configuration, the same components can also operate in reverse mode as flow dividers, splitting a single inlet flow into multiple outlet flows while maintaining defined flow ratios.

Throttle flow combiners are designed for operating pressures up to 350 bar and flow rates up to 270 l/min, ensuring reliable, durable, and safe performance in demanding applications. A wide range of available configurations—including equal or proportional flow ratios, various connection types, materials, and mounting options—allows these components to meet diverse system requirements in both standard and customized hydraulic solutions.
