SUCO

Vacuum Switch

Reliable vacuum switches with adjustable trip point, aluminum or brass housing, and IP65 protection.

SUCO

Suco vacuum switches are designed to control negative pressure (vacuum) in air, gas, liquid, and vacuum systems. They are available with a changeover contact up to 250 V (0150) and in a low-voltage version up to 42 V (0151).

Suco vacuum switches (series 0150, 0151) control negative pressure in the range from ~950 mbar to ~100 mbar (relative to atmospheric pressure). The device allows you to adjust the operating point during operation or order a factory setting. The switches are suitable for applications in industrial vacuum systems, compressor units, degassing systems, and other solutions where negative pressure needs to be controlled.

Variety of designs: diaphragm versions available for different operating conditions.

Contact types: normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) — for flexible system configuration

Precise adjustment: easy adjustment of the operating point, factory calibration possible. Adjustable hysteresis: 10-30%.

Versatile application: suitable for liquids, gases, air, and water.

Contact protection: special covers prevent dust and moisture from entering.

Operational stability: high accuracy and reliability even after prolonged use.

Compliance with standards: DIN EN 60068-2-6, DIN EN 60068-2-27.

Applications

  • Vacuum units and vacuum chambers
  • Degassing and filtration systems
  • Negative pressure technological processes
  • Lubrication systems and lubrication units (pressure loss control)
  • Compressor units (suction condition control)
  • Laboratory and industrial equipment
