Duties:
- Process customer inquiries: prepare commercial offers, sales invoices, and contracts
- Handle primary documentation (sales orders, shipment papers, accompanying product documentation)
- Interact with clients and support the sales process
- Work with CRM systems and electronic document management
- Communicate with suppliers and coordinate internal processes
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales or customer support
- Confident use of office software (Excel, CRM, 1C, etc.)
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Strong communication, planning, and customer-oriented approach
- Quick response to inquiries and ability to work in a dynamic environment
