The quick fastening elements from the Flex Locs product family are an effective way of decoupling two components from each other. These detachable pop rivet connections enable simple but effective isolation of vibrations, shocks and structure-borne noise.

The Flex Locs are fastened using standard metric screws sized M3 to M8, bracing between the front and clamping side like rivets. Additionally, the elastic FL elements can be fastened with screw connections in blind holes, for example to connect cladding elements to existing building structures. They can then isolate structural resonances down to 150 Hz. An isolation level of up to 80% can be achieved for typical structural vibrations.

Flex Locs are suitable for all kinds of applications, which include assemblies and machines, cladding, plates and flanges. However, they are also ideal for use on buildings (e.g., for fixing facing elements) as well as in vans and construction machinery. These quick fastening elements help to minimise unwanted vibrations and shocks, improve performance and extend the service life of components and machines.
