Immediate clamping in the event of pneumatic failure: The LOCKED PN clamping elements are suitable for rods with diameters of between 20 mm and 40 mm, and can absorb forces both axially and rotationally. With holding forces of up to 36,000 N, they exceed the levels of hydraulic clamps but are still cost-efficient.

As well as being able to clamp in both directions of movement, the LOCKED PN clamping elements have a compact design. They take up hardly any installation space and enable short rod lengths to be achieved. Many users appreciate the modular system. This allows several segments to be stacked so that the necessary clamping force can be custom-configured for any application.

The members of the ACE LOCKED PN product family are primarily used in (special purpose) machinery, where they offer a reliable rod clamping solution that is activated immediately – even in the event of a pneumatic failure.
