These hydraulic brake cylinders can be used to set retraction and extension speeds with a very high level of precision. The speed is monitored during retraction and extension. The damping intensity of these dampers can be adjusted by turning the piston rod. During adjustment, care must be taken to avoid damaging the adjustment segment by excessive turning. If there is significant resistance, the adjustment process must be terminated.
