The ACE safety shock absorbers from the SCS33 to SCS64 product family offer an extremely effective solution for emergency stop applications. They are based on the proven technology of the MAGNUM range of industrial shock absorbers and, like these, are completely maintenance-free and supplied ready for immediate use.
Because their characteristic curve is specially optimised for the application concerned, these hydraulic components can absorb more than twice as much energy per stroke compared to the ACE industrial shock absorbers from the MAGNUM series. This means that users are able to benefit from longer service lives of up to 1000 load cycles while getting extremely good value for money.
Available in sizes from M33x1.5 to M64x2, the shock absorbers have a compact design that allows easy integration into existing applications. These slim, high-performance safety shock absorbers are specially designed for emergency stop tasks and are used in a wide range of applications associated with gantry and conveyor systems, machining centres, pick-and-place machines, as well as many other areas.
