Optimum safety for all applications: With clamping forces of up to 10,000 N, the LOCKED PL process clamping elements offer a reliable solution for clamping directly onto the clear area of linear guides in linear modules. They are customised to the specific linear guide and are available for rail sizes ranging from 20 mm to 65 mm, as well as for profiles from all leading manufacturers.

Thanks to the use of steel pads, the LOCKED PL products still achieve a clamping force of 100% even when used with greased rails. These process clamping elements offer first-class static clamping with a service life of up to 1 million cycles. They also stand out on account of their low overall costs compared to hydraulic and electric solutions.
