Simple Vacuum Pumps with Pressure Regulator, GEMP

The GEMP series vacuum pumps are the simplest models within the energy-saving product range.
Thanks to the integrated pressure regulator, they automatically maintain the optimal 4-bar supply pressure regardless of the pressure level in the compressed air line. This feature reduces energy consumption and noise levels without affecting other applications that require higher pressure.

• Nozzle diameters: 1.2 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 mm
• Maximum vacuum levels: 60% (porous products) and 85% (non-porous products)
• Suction flow rate: up to 385 Nl/min

For a given nozzle diameter, suction speed increases as the maximum achievable vacuum level decreases. These pumps are commonly used not only with vacuum cups, but also in applications such as liquid dispensing, spraying, and tank evacuation.
