The Tilt-Lift System is specially designed for industrial lifting and positioning needs. The system operates with two M5 screw jacks driven by a flanged and braked 3-phase AC motor. Power transmission to the motor is provided via a special connection shaft. The gearboxes possess rotation capability with the help of flanges and supports.
Screws equipped with ball ends and protective boots both extend the system life and provide a safe working environment. Integrated protection structures are available for the secondary shafts. Thanks to the brake and manual release lever, system control can be easily maintained during emergencies.
This system offers high efficiency, safety, and long-lasting performance for applications where heavy loads need to be lifted, tilted, or positioned.
