High-Temperature Resistant Tensioning Element with Elastomeric Insert
ROSTA SE-W: A tensioning solution optimized for hot environments thanks to its heat-resistant elastomeric structure.
The SE-W type tensioning element, marked with a red dot, is equipped with heat-resistant elastomeric inserts.
Designed for applications operating at temperatures between +80°C and +120°C (+180°F to 250°F), it is ideal for belt tensioners on diesel engines, chain tensioners in dryers, belt scrapers in hot environments, and similar high-temperature uses.
Due to the properties of the elastomeric compound, the resulting tension force of the SE-W type is reduced by approximately 40% compared to standard SE and SE-G types.
