Lifting Columns: Powerful and Durable Load Handling Solutions!

LC Lifting Columns

Thomson's new LC1600 Lifting Column is an ideal linear motion solution for applications requiring lightness and a low noise factor. The two-piece push/pull (or telescopic) structure with a 1600 N load capacity is ideal for applications where extend/retract ratios are not critical and cost is a primary consideration. The LC1600 operates extremely smoothly and quietly thanks to its integrated Thomson’s Whispertrak™ drive technology. Electronic limit switches and medium shock protection also contribute to the protection of both your application and the surrounding environment. LC1600 units are offered with pre-drilled mounting holes for easy installation. The unit requires no maintenance after installation.

DMD-DMA Lifting Columns

DMD and DMA lifting columns are self-supporting, height-adjustable units designed for a wide range of industrial applications, including workbenches, conveyors, loaders/unloaders, and many more. The ability to adjust the height is ideal for work environments that need to meet ergonomic requirements, especially those suitable for different operator positions. These sturdy and durable columns offer high load torque capacity within a self-supporting frame made of anodized extruded aluminum. The design also incorporates Thomson Electrak actuator units with a nut and ball drive screw. End-of-stroke and medium shock protections include an overload clutch designed with T-slot grooves covering the entire column profile.
