Pneumatic mixers are available as eco-Mix for ATEX Zone 1 and eco-Topmix for ATEX Zone 0/1. They combine four key features for worry-free mixing: absolute safety in ATEX Zones 1 and 0/1, energy efficiency, ease of use, and consistent mixing quality.
For all common 30 to 60-liter hobbocks, 100 to 200-liter drums, and 600 to 1200-liter IBC containers, the product range offers a ready-to-use mixer suitable for practical use. They include an efficient pneumatic motor, flange, mixing shaft, and mixing element.
For example, compared to other motors such as vane motors, our radial piston motors provide up to 90% energy and cost savings while delivering extremely high efficiency.
The drives are IP67 waterproof, making them suitable for liquid-handling applications and easy cleaning. A needle valve controls the speed via a scale and can be locked with the push of a button. The integrated overpressure valve protects the motor from unintended misuse. High-performance silencers minimize noise emissions.
The mixing shaft and agitator inside the container are made entirely of stainless steel. Therefore, they are resistant to aggressive substances such as chemicals or acids. Naturally, the eco-Mix and eco-Topmix provide acetone-resistant, silicone-free, and oil-free operation as standard.
