The CVP Series vacuum cartridges, thanks to their compact size and lightweight structure, allow for the installation of a simple and reliable vacuum production system as close as possible to the application.

These cartridges are ideal for machine manufacturers and robotic solution integrators who have expectations of flexibility, customization, and high performance.

The CVP Series is available in various sizes and suction capacities to suit different applications:

• Size 1: Provides a suction flow rate between 41 and 90 Nl/min with 1.2, 1.4, and 1.6 mm nozzles. Maximum vacuum: 85%
• Size 2: Provides a suction flow rate between 160 and 215 Nl/min with 2.2 and 2.7  mm nozzles. Maximum vacuum: 85%.

Compact Integration

The CVP Series vacuum cartridges feature a single-stage Venturi system that generates powerful vacuum using compressed air. This structure offers short evacuation times.

This technology, composed of a nozzle and a diffuser, is unaffected by dust and maintenance-free because it consists of non-moving parts.
