The CVPC series ultra-compact and lightweight controlled vacuum cartridges are designed to be easily integrated into a system installation with electric vacuum control at the point closest to the application.They fully meet the needs for flexibility, customization, and high performance of machine manufacturers and robotic solution integrators.

The CVPC series controlled vacuum cartridges are offered in various sizes and suction capacities to adapt to different applications:

• Size 1: Provides a suction flow rate between 41 and 90Nl/min with a nozzle diameter of 1.2, 1.4, and 1.6 mm. Maximum vacuum 85%.
• Size 2: Provides a suction flow rate between 160 and 215 Nl/min with a nozzle diameter of 2.2 and 2.7 mm}. Maximum vacuum 85%.

Compact Integration

The innovative and patented design of the CVPC series combines two integrated functions:

• Single-stage Venturi system: Generates powerful vacuum using compressed air, thus ensuring a fast evacuation time. This technology, composed of a nozzle and a diffuser, contains no moving parts, is dust resistant, and maintenance-free.
• Electro-pneumatic valve: Regulates the vacuum by controlling compressed air. This offers a fast response time and meets the requirements of ultra-fast pick & place applications.
