The LEMAX IO is the new generation, IO-Link enabled mini vacuum pump developed by COVAL, integrating technologies aimed at increasing efficiency, energy saving, and productivity. It has many application areas such as the packaging, robotics, and plastics sectors.
The LEMAX IO is the first model to integrate COVAL's developed ASC (Air Saving Control) technology. It provides energy savings between 75% and 99%, depending on the product being handled
The ASC system works by optimizing energy consumption at two levels:
- Integrated vacuum regulation: Reduces air consumption and noise level
- Application analysis: Automatically adjusts the operating mode by sensing whether the part is porous or airtight

IO-Link Features
The IO-Link system provides real-time communication between the LEMAX IO vacuum pumps and higher-level protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, etc.). This allows the pumps to be controlled, settings to be adjusted, and the production line to be efficiently monitored.

- Ease of predictive maintenance and elimination of the need for manual adjustment when replacing the pump.
ASC – Air Saving Control
The ASC system automatically stops compressed air consumption when the targeted vacuum level is reached. This prevents unnecessary consumption and provides significant savings in equipment operating costs.
