LEMAX is the new generation mini vacuum pump developed by COVAL, integrating technologies focused on increasing efficiency, energy saving, and productivity. It can be used in many areas such as the packaging, robotics, and plastics sectors.

LEMAX integrates the ASC (Air Saving Control) technology, which was first developed by COVAL. This system provides energy savings between 75% and 99%, depending on the product being handled.

ASC works by optimizing air consumption at two levels:

• Air consumption and noise level are reduced thanks to integrated vacuum regulation.
• Thanks to the application analysis system, it self-adjusts according to the part surface (airtight or porous) and optimizes energy usage.

ASC – Air Saving Control

ASC (Air Saving Control) is an intelligent system that automatically stops compressed air consumption when the desired vacuum level is reached. This prevents unnecessary air consumption and provides serious savings in operating costs.
