Carbon Vacuum Holders without integrated vacuum generator: CVGC_G0

The CVGC Carbon Vacuum Grippers can also be used with an external vacuum generator. Depending on the application, an external generator (blower, electric vacuum pump, or CMS HD series multi-stage generator) may be required.

The GO version of the CVGC carbon vacuum grippers is equipped with the VRU series rotary vacuum joint to supply vacuum from an external source. The VRU's robust and lightweight design allows for a direct connection between the robot and the gripper, and enables the transmission of the external vacuum source to the gripper.

Thanks to the continuous rotation system, kinking of the hose is prevented, and force constraints that may occur during use with collaborative robots are eliminated.

With three standard size options, you can choose the CVGC model best suited to your application and safely handle different loads such as corrugated cardboard, plastic, and metal/glass sheets.
