Punt, Vacuum Container for Bottle Transport with VBO Series

Developed in collaboration with wine industry producers, the VBO suction cup system is designed to hold bottles by the puck. Its modular design provides high flexibility in positioning the entire assembly while holding the bottle base, ensuring a perfect seal when holding the puck of different bottle types.

The VBO suction cup system consists of the following components:

• A 2.5 bellows suction cup, Ø62 mm, made of Nitrile material and with a 31mm stroke, which ensures high flexibility on the bottle base (rotation and deflection effect).
• A G1/4'' threaded male aluminium fitting element that allows mounting onto the tool.
• Aluminium upper and lower coupling plates that enable the suction cup to integrate with the gripping disc.
• A silicone gripping disc (COVAL-Flex) that provides firm grip on different punts (base indentations)
