Belt-Driven Compact Linear Motion Units, Rails with Radial Bearings

Uniline System is a pre-assembled linear unit product group mounted on a self-supporting aluminum extruded profile, which maintains the features of compact size and high speed guaranteed by the COMPACT RAIL bearings. The linear units are operated with a steel-reinforced polyurethane belt system. Horizontal seals and surface cleaners attached to the two ends of the carriage guarantee full protection against dirt. The linear actuator profile is compatible with numerous standard fastening accessories available on the market.

• Can be connected to motor units via full or half shaft
• Maximum stroke 3,000 mm
• Sizes from 40 x 51.5mm to 100 x 122.5mm
• Long carriage and multiple carriage models are also available

Using the linear guides from the COMPACT RAIL product group, it guarantees excellent performance in terms of speed and life. The rails on the linear axes of the four product series are arranged in different combinations for various applications. It multiplies the potential application range by using long or multiple carriages.
