Telescopic Guides with Bearings

The Telerace product group consists of stainless steel telescopic guides made from steel or sheet metal profiles, treated with a deep nitriding and black oxidation process. Telerace linear rails are ideal for demanding environments. Specifically, the large bearing components make them highly resistant to dust and dirt.

TLR and TLQ are telescopic guides with high-performance ball bearings. TLN and TQN have a simpler structure. TLAX and TQAX guides are made entirely of STAINLESS steel and feature optional electro-polishing for the most advanced applications.

Telerace guides are ideal for continuous cycle applications that require long life and less maintenance. Therefore, they are suitable for industrial automated applications with variable stroke cycles. The materials and surface treatments used in the construction of Telerace guides protect against rust. Thanks to this feature, they are suitable for outdoor applications or humid environments.
