Safety Chucks

These safety chucks ensure safety during rewinding and unwinding processes. The locking mechanism can only be opened to remove the shaft when it is at a complete standstill. They are very easy to install with the angled handwheel. For simple applications, these safety chucks constitute an extremely economical solution as bearings for expanding shafts. For more demanding requirements and higher rotational speeds, the safety chucks can be delivered with replaceable VT inserts.
