Pilot Operated Safety Valves, CSP series

The CSP series piloted safety valve is mounted directly onto the suction cup and ensures the maintenance of vacuum inside the suction cup in case of an emergency stop or vacuum generator failure. Controlled release is achieved via the fitting connected to the compressed air supply.

Note: The dump valve is not a positive safety feature. Regular maintenance is required to ensure the correct functioning of the valve.

Materials

• Valve: Nitrile (NBR)
• Body: Anodized aluminium
• Filter: 200 micron stainless steel strainer

Mounting

• One piloted safety valve for each suction cup
• Release pressure, minimum 5 bar
