Rollon Mini Roller Rail

Mini Roller Rail is a steel linear guide with a compact storage area that features radial roller bearings moving on an induction-hardened and honed rail. It is used for applications carrying medium loads in confined spaces. The Mini Roller Rail also manages parallel misalignment up to 0.03 mm.

• Raceways are induction-hardened and honed
• Rail and carriage bodies are electrolytically zinc-plated with standard passivation; enhanced anti-corrosion protection is available upon request (see page MRR-9 Anti-corrosion protection)
• Carriage body material: steel DIN 9SMnPb28, AISI 304 for the stainless steel version
• Roller material: 100Cr6 for standard steel, AISI 440C for stainless steel
• Rollers are lubricated for their service life

Rail

The rails are made of cold drawn carbon steel with RollonAloy surface treatment. Other treatments for higher corrosion resistance are available, which include: Zinc-Nickel and Nickel plating. The raceways are induction-hardened and honed.

 

Carriages

The carriage is made of steel DIN 9SMnPb28 with RollonAloy surface treatment. A stainless steel version is also available upon request. Its feet, combined with concentric and eccentric rollers, ensure smooth operation.

 

Rollers

Concentric and eccentric radial ball bearings made of steel or stainless steel are available for each carriage. The roller sealing depends on the material: 2RS, rubber seal or 2Z steel shield. All rollers are lubricated for their service life.
