316 Stainless Steel Linear Rails with Radial Ball Carriages

The stainless radial ball carriage linear rail, X-Rail, is a product group suitable for applications requiring a good quality/price ratio and high corrosion resistance. Stainless steel, galvanized, or nitrided sheet metal models of linear guides with shaped raceways and flat raceways are available. The X-Rail system, with the T + U configuration, can compensate for any axial parallelism deviation of the mounting surfaces.

• Linear guides are available in 5 widths: 20, 26, 30, 40 and 45 mm
• Standard rail lengths up to 4,000 mm (rail lengths can be customized upon request).
• Low friction coefficient.
• Combination of T and U rails for self-aligning bearing applications.
• Easily adjustable carriage preload.
• Available polymer-based scrapers for extra bearing protection (available for thin-bodied carriage types).
• High temperature resistance up to 120°C/250°F (170 °C for the nitrided version).
• The stainless steel X-Rail linear rail model is resistant to corrosion. It guarantees reliable operation even in very dirty and hot environments, offering ideal and economical solutions.
