Prismatic Rails Equipped with Bearings and Induction-Hardened, V-Shaped Raceways

The Prismatic Rail product group consists of linear bearings that slide on V-shaped rails made of hardened steel. These linear guides with rollers also feature a high degree of self-alignment.

The V-shaped rails are induction-hardened and polished, and are available in three sizes: 28,35, and 55 mm. The rails can be machined with two straight cuts, one straight and one inclined cut, or two inclined cuts. These options allow for the creation of combined models and thus the achievement of longer strokes.

The aluminum carriage can be configured with a variable number of rollers, ranging from 3 to 6 steel pins. The rollers are available in two models, cylindrical or V-shaped, with a variable diameter between Ø 30 and Ø 62 mm, depending on the rail size.
