Easyslide
Linear Rails with Ball Bearings, Single or Multiple Carriages
The Easyslide series is a rolled steel linear rail system with an induction-hardened surface. It consists of a linear rail with a 'C' profile and integrated caged ball bearings.
- Five different rail widths are available: 22, 28, 35, 43, and 63 mm
- The carriages within the guide rails guarantee an extremely compact system.
- Has a heavy load capacity.
- Offers excellent operation even under shock and vibrations.
- Many standard lengths are available depending on the guide rail cross-section (up to 2,000 mm) (Rail lengths can be adjusted upon request)
The Easyslide product group includes compact-sized guide rails with caged ball bearings, equipped with one or more carriages per rail, to guarantee heavy load capacity and long life. In the SN series, if multiple carriages are used, they can move independently with their own cages or simultaneously within a single cage. The rails of the SNK series feature hardened and ground surfaces. Variable carriage strokes and lengths can be selected. All Easyslide guide rails are extremely easy to mount/install.
