The CLEAN ROOM SYSTEM has an international registration certificate (DIN EN ISO 14644-1)
CLEAN ROOM SYSTEM units are belt-driven linear actuators and are specifically designed for Clean Room applications.
They are supplied with a certificate issued by the IPA Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgard, certifying compliance with ISO class 3 (DIN EN ISO 14644-1) or Fed Std class 0.01 (FED 209 E).
The system prevents the dispersion of particles into the environment where the linear unit is located. This is made possible by a special flat seal that closes the longitudinal opening through which the carriage runs, combined with the action of a 0.8 bar vacuum pump connected to 2 suction tubes located in the drive head and the idler head. The system allows for the creation of a vacuum within the unit, so that any particles released during movement are sucked towards the air filtration areas. All components of the Clean Room System linear actuator are made of stainless steel or have been subjected to special treatments that guarantee low particle emission. The lubricants for all bearings and guide rails are special lubricants designed for use in CLEAN ROOMS or VACUUM environments.
When the system is used in dirty environments, CLEAN ROOM SYSTEM linear units can be pressurized at 0.8 bar to prevent possible external particles from adversely affecting their fluidity.
