In-Line Vacuum Filters, FVL

The FVL series inline vacuum filters allow for quick integration into the vacuum line. They are ideal for protecting vacuum generators against normal clogging.

$\text{FVL}$ filters are equipped with a 400 micron filter mesh.

Applications

• FVL12: Ideal for protecting GEM, GVP, GVPS, GVPD, or GEMP series vacuum pumps. It is mounted directly to the pump's “vacuum” port with a 1/2G connection.
• FVL68: Ideal for protecting LEM mini vacuum pumps. It is mounted directly to the pump's vacuum port with a 6 x 8 push-in connection fitting.
