Self-regulating vacuum pumps (electric vacuum and blowing control), GVMAX E1 series

The GVMAX E1 series optimizes and significantly reduces compressed air consumption through the communication between its integrated electronic vacuum switch and the holding valve control.
In this series, electrically controlled blow-off is integrated, making it especially suitable for handling airtight objects and for medium- and long-cycle applications.

 

Operating Principle

When the selected vacuum level is reached, the compressed air supply is automatically shut off. This interruption does not affect the vacuum level because the check valve maintains vacuum within the circuit.
The vacuum switch continuously monitors the system’s vacuum requirement. When the minimum threshold is exceeded, it reactivates the vacuum generation valve to restore the predefined vacuum level.

Safety

The GVMAX E1 is equipped with an integrated check valve as standard. This ensures maximum operator safety by maintaining vacuum in the event of a power failure.
