Belt-Driven Flexible Linear Motion Units

ECO SYSTEM units feature self-supporting linear actuators made of extruded aluminum and driven by AT metric steel inserts and polyurethane belts.

 

• Three different sizes available: 60 mm,80 mm,100 mm
• Recirculating ball bearing or roller rail model
• Operation through reduced weight, light structure, and aluminum carriages
• High sliding speed

 

ECO SYSTEM series actuators have two motion systems:

ECO SYSTEM – SP

Maintenance-free recirculating ball linear guide mounted inside the profile.

ECO SYSTEM – CI

Four wheels sliding on hardened steel rods inside the profile, with an external profile in the shape of a Gothic arch.
