Hydraulic Feed Controls – Ideal Feed Rate Adjustment

ACE hydraulic feed control units are an ideal solution to prevent the stick-slip effect that can be observed in operations such as cutting, drilling, sawing, and in pneumatic cylinders. They are precisely adjustable and can offer speeds from 12 mm at very low feed force up to 38 mm at high feed rates.

These maintenance-free and ready-to-install hydraulic feed control products are self-contained hydraulic systems regulated by a precise throttling valve. The feed rate can be easily determined externally by turning an adjustment screw. The proven rolling diaphragms, used in many ACE shock absorbers, also serve here as a dynamic sealing element. These diaphragms both compensate for the volume change of the piston rod and ensure the piston returns when the force is removed.
