Curved Rails with Radial Ball Bearings and Rollers (Fixed and Variable Radius)

Different models of curved rails with radial ball bearings and rollers are available, with fixed and variable radii. The CURVILINE product group is ideal for applications such as curved machine guards, door systems in trains or boats, and personalized packaging units.

• Two rail widths available: 16 mm and 23mm
• Rails and carriages are zinc-plated in accordance with ISO 2081 regulation
• Strokes over 3,000 mm
• Straight and curved sections on a single rail
• Double-mounted four-bearing carriages maintain preload along the entire length of the rail
• Personalized parts for every application

The Curviline guide rails product group is used for all non-linear motion applications. The guide rails are available in two widths and are manufactured according to the customer's designs. Both curved and straight sections can be present on a single rail.
