Controlled Micro Vacuum Pumps, MPXE Series

Thanks to their low weight and extremely compact design, the MPXE Series controlled micro vacuum pumps can be directly integrated into suction cups to meet the requirements of very high-speed applications.

MPXE micro vacuum pumps can be grouped (bankable) up to 8 modules with a common supply pressure and common exhaust collection line. They are equipped with:

• Vacuum and blow-off control valves
• LED indicators showing the control valve status
• A vacuum check valve
• An analog vacuum level signal

Thanks to the analog vacuum level signal and the vacuum check valve, vacuum regulation can be managed via aPLC

Furthermore, the MPXE micro pump series offers two different blow-off options: standard and powerful. The powerful blow-off function can be adjusted by the user via an adjustment screw.
