Bags/Sacks Holding System, CSGS series

The CSGS system is a comprehensive package consisting of a special vacuum pad and an optimized vacuum generator. It guarantees the safe handling of plastic or paper sacks/bags—used for packaging powder and/or granular products—weighing 25 to 60 

It is especially recommended for robotic palletizing and depalletizing applications requiring fast and safe integration.

Lifting Capacity

• CSGS…X35 models: Equipped with a 250 X 150 mm vacuum pad, they can handle loads up to a maximum of 35 kg, depending on the sack's resistance.
• CSGS…X60 models: Equipped with a 360 X 190 mm vacuum pad, they can handle loads up to a maximum of 60 kg.

Advantages

• The CSGS system is designed to support the load via the vacuum pad and can therefore be mounted directly onto the robot arm.
• Provides fast and economical setup: The system is supplied only with a small-diameter compressed air hose. This eliminates the need for complex vacuum systems consisting of large pipes and vacuum valves.
• The vacuum pad has a sponge-sealed structure, providing the maximum flexibility required for gripping different product types.
• The vacuum generator is specially designed to provide a high air suction flow rate. This results in shorter response times and allows porous products to be handled easily.
• Being diaphragm-less and without internal mechanisms, there is no risk of clogging, and there is no need to add a filter to the vacuum line.
• Operates with a very low noise level (achieved through external silencers).
• Does not emit heat, is vibration-free.
