VSBO LM/BM Series Bottle Handling Suction Cups

To meet the handling needs of Magnum bottles and bottles with textured surfaces, COVAL has developed a 4.5 bellows suction cup series with internal reinforcement and two different gripping interfaces.

🔹 Two Different Gripping Interfaces:

• Interface for Magnum Bottles: Includes a lip structure and surface design suitable for the weight and diameter of Magnum bottles.
• Foam Strip Interface: Includes a support shape and foam strip to compensate for surface irregularities of special type bottles (e.g., textured, multi-faceted, or embossed bottles).

 

Enhanced Handling Capacity and Flexibility

To ensure both high lifting force and long stroke distance during packaging and depalletizing applications, the VSBO LM/BM suction cups are equipped with; an upper insert, three reinforcements inside the bellows, and a lower reinforcement. The lower reinforcement is compatible with the selected gripping interface.

 

Versions According to Gripping Positions:

• VSBO LM Version: Vertical or horizontal gripping
• VSBO BM Version: Horizontal gripping only

🔸VSBO50105_BM10N for Textured Bottles

This suction cup features a sloped gripping interface that adapts to the bottle's shape, and a 10 mm thick EPDM foam seal that ensures air tightness by compensating for surface irregularities.

• 1 4 bellows Nitrile suction cup (VSBO4095NBR)
• 4 stainless steel internal reinforcements
• 1 stainless steel lower reinforcement
• 1 gripping interface with 10 mm EPDM foam seal

 

🔸 VSBO50105_LMNBR for Magnum Bottles

This suction cup has a lip structure and surface design suitable for the weight and diameter of Magnum bottles.

• 1 stainless steel upper insert
• 1 four-bellows Nitrile suction cup (VSBO4095NBR)
• 4 stainless steel internal reinforcements
• 1 stainless steel lower reinforcement
• 1 Magnum Nitrile lip measuring 50 X 105 mm
