ASR – Air Saving Regulator

LEM vacuum pumps equipped with the ASR "Venturi regulator" reflect COVAL's core values: reducing compressed air consumption and noise level. Regardless of the pressure coming from the compressed air network, the integrated regulator applies a constant 3.5 bar pressure to the Venturi—which is the optimal operating condition.

• Unnecessary energy consumption is prevented
• No need for an external regulator, eliminating the risk of incorrect adjustment
• An average of 40% savings is achieved compared to network pressures (5-7 bar)
