Operator-controlled, precise positioning solution with M2 screw jacks and a braked handwheel.

Precise motion, manual control: A simple yet effective positioning system.
The Manual Positioning System is a user-controlled solution developed to make fast and precise adjustments in low-power applications. In this system, which consists of three M2 screw jacks, motion is provided by a single manual braked handwheel.
Thanks to the revolution counter located on the handwheel, positioning operations become repeatable, and the same precision is maintained with every use. While the input shafts ensure synchronous movement connected to the transmission shafts, the screws with clevis ends offer a compatible and fixed connection to the system.
Despite its simple structure, this system offers high precision and is ideal for positioning needs in adjustment tables, laboratory equipment, light platform systems, and production lines.
