Multiflow types

Rotary unions enable sealed transition points for media travelling between stationary pressure lines and rotating machine parts (such as cylinders, rollers, spindles or couplings). However, a particular challenge arises when multiple types of media need to be transported at the same time. In such cases, multiflow rotary unions are used. These transport the media to different supply points of a rotating axis by routing them through independent channels.

• 2 to 4 channels, special versions with up to 8 channels
• Suitable for air, hydraulics or vacuum (depending on type)
• Low pressure and high pressure supported
• Max. speed: 250 rpm
• Equipped with plain or ball bearings (depending on type)
