piINLINE plus – decentralised ejector

Lightweight decentralised vacuum ejectors with COAX or STX technology, suitable for the automotive, electronics and packaging indu

Piab

The piINLINE and piSTAMP products are small, lightweight decentralised vacuum ejectors featuring the patented COAX technology or (optionally) the new STX technology. S

Ultra-lightweight decentralised ejectors

These products consist of ultra-lightweight, decentralised vacuum generators. Some of them have an integrated blow-off mechanism integrated into a compact housing. All of them can be mounted directly in the hose or near the suction cup – very close to the suction point. In addition to various other features, the piINLINE plus includes a patented function: it is a true inline ejector with an integrated automatic blow-off function. Piab’s piINLINE range offers superior performance compared to single-stage ejectors of the same size offered by its competitors. Not only that, but energy consumption is at least 40 to 50% lower in most cases, with the piSTAMP consuming 25% less energy. The decentralised vacuum ejectors are commonly used in the automotive industry and in press applications, the electronics and PCB industry, pick-and-place applications, special packaging applications, the injection moulding industry and in the loading/unloading processes of sheet metal working machines (bending, punching and laser cutting).

Benefits

  • Ultra-lightweight family of decentralised ejectors with integrated blow-off function (exhaust block principle (EBR) or atmospheric quick release (AQR)), suitable for pick-and-place applications in press shops or for transferring workpieces between presses in the automotive industry.
  • The patented, efficient COAX ejector with lower compressed air consumption and a faster evacuation time than competitor products.
  • Ejectors with the new STX nozzles offer even quicker response times and a faster blow-off function (EBR). Particularly recommended for very dirty/dusty ambient conditions
  • Inline compressed air and vacuum connections, i.e. they are located opposite each other.
  • Easily installed directly in the vacuum hose, close to the suction cup.
  • Configurable product with several options for different push-in diameters (metric or imperial).
  • Optional suction cup holder, ball holder or lock pin for applications involving gripping tools in the automotive industry.
  • A vacuum measurement connection is available as an option in the configurator.
