Fast product release with pressure equalisation in the vacuum cup without the need for additional control components
Pressure equalisation in the vacuum cup to ensure rapid release of the product.
Vacuum-controlled valve
The vacuum-controlled valve (Vacustat) shuts off the flow of compressed air to the pump when the preset level is reached, thereby minimising compressed air consumption.
- Extra fast release by accumulating the feed pressure and using it to provide a boost.
- ON/OFF activated at the same time as the pump.
- No additional control components required – use a 3/2-way solenoid valve for the ejector and the piSAVE release.
