Series BFF flat friction bellows suction cup (40 – 110 mm)

Excellent shear strength and leaves no impression marks

The BFF-P design is suitable for oily, uneven/curved surfaces or for height compensation (which is required during stacking, for example). The flat inner support cleats provide stability in every possible direction during movement. Friction suction cup specially developed for oily surfaces, such as when forming metal sheets. Thanks to their strong grip on oily surfaces, the suction cups can withstand high shear forces that are usually 2 to 4 times greater than with the equivalent conventional suction cups.

• The products known as “friction cups” have been specially developed for oily surfaces, such as the sheet metal used in forming technology.
• Normal friction cup wear does not affect the friction resistance of the suction cup in the long term.
• The best choice when there is more than 0.1 g/m2 of (press) oil on the sheet surface.
• Thanks to its excellent grip on oily surfaces, the friction cup has a friction resistance that is up to 2 to 4 times higher than that of comparable “conventional” suction cups when high transverse forces are at play.
• The “BFF” design is intended for uneven/curved surfaces, e.g. during destacking.
• The flat internal support provides the necessary stability during movement whatever the orientation.
• DURAFLEX suction cups are made from a specially developed material that combines the elasticity of rubber materials with the wear resistance of polyurethane. This material leaves no visible impression marks.
