Optimum grip on porous materials: DURAFLEX suction cups

Handling devices equipped with short bellows cups are able to grip objects of different heights and shapes. Thin parts can be separated from each other using the lifting motion functions. DURAFLEX suction cups are made from a specially developed material that combines the elasticity of rubber with the durability of polyurethane. The material leaves no impression marks.

• Suitable when minimal levelling is required in conjunction with good stability.
• Excellent grip on cardboard or other porous materials, such as paperboard, textured plastic or composite materials with a rough surface.
• The bellows and sealing lip of this two-coloured suction cup are of different hardnesses. This provides the suction cup with strength, making it resistant to deformation and speed, while at the same time allowing it to be soft and flexible when picking up the product.
• DURAFLEX suction cups are made from a specially developed type of polyurethane. This material combines the elasticity of rubber with the durability of plastic.
• DURAFLEX leaves no impression marks.
